KK8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to KK8 (kk8-vip.net). This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KK8 ("Platform", "we", or "KK8"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the KK8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out herein.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities on the KK8 platform, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and other sports), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots, e-sports, virtual sports, and all related support services.

KK8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the KK8 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the KK8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently on KK8's self-exclusion list or any related programme
• Has never had an account closed by KK8 for fraud or terms violations

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on KK8 at any given time. This includes accounts registered under the same name, address, phone number, IP address, payment method, or device. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate freezing of all accounts involved, cancellation of all bonuses received, and potential forfeiture of all funds in those accounts depending on the circumstances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

KK8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a utility bill as proof of address, and details of the payment method used. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a hold on withdrawal processing.

Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. KK8 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts — the name on the payment account must match the registered KK8 member's name. KK8 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

KK8 offers a range of promotions for members, including a 150% Welcome Bonus (up to RM 1,500), 10% Weekly Cashback, 5% E-Sports Rebate, and 20% Daily Reload Bonus. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotion.

General Terms for All Bonuses

• The Welcome Bonus is available once only to each eligible new member
• Rollover is calculated on the total amount (deposit + bonus) for the welcome bonus; for all other promotions, it is calculated on the bonus amount only
• Only sports bets with odds of 1.50 or above qualify towards sports bonus rollover
• Bonuses must be used within 14 days of crediting or they will expire
• KK8 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if rollover requirements are not met prior to withdrawal

Bonus Abuse Prohibition

KK8 uses a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using betting strategies deliberately designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same match)
• Sharing an account with another individual for the purpose of accumulating or using bonuses
• Using automated software or bots to meet bonus requirements

All bets confirmed by the KK8 system are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by a member after confirmation. This applies to both pre-match and live (in-play) bets. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are correct before confirming.

Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: RM 2 for most markets; RM 5 for selected live sports markets
• Maximum limits vary depending on the match type, market, and member account tier
• KK8 reserves the right to reduce maximum limits for any member at its sole discretion
• Accumulator (parlay) bets have separate maximum payout limits

Match Cancellation & Amendment

If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the account. If the match is delayed but resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid. For matches that are cancelled outright, all bets are voided regardless of circumstances.

In the event of a technical error in odds publication — where odds are clearly incorrect or unreasonable due to a system fault — KK8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes. The determination of whether an odds error has occurred is at KK8's sole discretion.

Fraudulent Betting Activity

KK8 takes all forms of betting fraud seriously, including the use of insider information, match manipulation, or exploitation of system errors. Any account suspected of involvement in such activities will be frozen immediately pending investigation, and funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

The KK8 platform offers live casino (baccarat, roulette, and blackjack with live dealers), online slots, virtual sports, and e-sports. All live casino games use real physical equipment that is streamed live and independently audited by licensed game providers.

• All slots use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by a licensed independent body
• Results displayed by the KK8 system are final, except in cases of verifiable technical error
• Any connection disruption during a Live Casino game round does not void a bet that has already been confirmed
• KK8 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection disruptions on the member's end
• The use of assistance software, bots, or any automated tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited

You are solely responsible for keeping your KK8 username, password, and login credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. All activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to KK8 before that activity took place.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Report any suspicious activity to KK8 support immediately
• Never respond to emails or messages asking for your password — KK8 will never request your password through any channel

KK8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communications and holds member funds in separate, protected accounts. However, the security of your account on your end remains your sole responsibility and cannot be transferred to KK8.

KK8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all members. We believe that betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial hardship.

Self-Protection Tools

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) — can be set directly in your account settings
• Bet limit per session across all game types
• Temporary break options (1 day, 1 week, or 1 month)
• Long-term self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent)
• Betting pattern monitoring and automated alerts for high-risk activity

KK8 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to impose additional restrictions or temporarily suspend the account of any member showing signs of problem gambling — even without a request from the member. This is a protective measure, not a penalty.

KK8 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. While we strive to keep the platform running 24/7, technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access.

• KK8 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection disruptions on the member's end
• KK8 is not responsible for any taxes or tax liabilities arising from members' betting winnings — this remains the personal responsibility of each member
• KK8 is not responsible for betting decisions made based on information obtained from third parties
• KK8's total maximum liability to any member in any case shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim

You may close your KK8 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollovers will be forfeited, and any eligible balance (not subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your original deposit method within 5 business days.

Closure by KK8

KK8 reserves the right to close, freeze, or suspend any account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Multiple account registrations or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, KK8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in the account, depending on the specific circumstances of each case. KK8's decision in this matter is final.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to KK8's operations. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the KK8 platform should first be resolved through direct negotiation between you and KK8 via official support channels.
